El Divorcio

الطلاق
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا O yāayyuhā Prophet l-nabiyu When idhā you divorce ṭallaqtumu [the] women l-nisāa then divorce them faṭalliqūhunna for their waiting period liʿiddatihinna and keep count wa-aḥṣū (of) the waiting period l-ʿidata and fear wa-ittaqū Allah l-laha your Lord rabbakum (Do) not lā expel them tukh'rijūhunna from min their houses buyūtihinna and not walā they should leave yakhruj'na except illā that an they commit yatīna an immorality bifāḥishatin clear mubayyinatin And these watil'ka (are the) limits ḥudūdu (of) Allah l-lahi And whoever waman transgresses yataʿadda (the) limits ḥudūda (of) Allah l-lahi then certainly faqad he has wronged ẓalama himself nafsahu Not lā you know tadrī Perhaps laʿalla Allah l-laha will bring about yuḥ'dithu after baʿda that dhālika a matter amran
¡Oh, Profeta!, [haz saber a los musulmanes que] cuando divorcien a las mujeres, deben hacerlo durante el tiempo señalado. Calculad con atención los días de ese período, y tened temor de Dios, vuestro Señor. No las expulséis de sus hogares y que ellas tampoco lo abandonen, a menos que hayan cometido una indecencia evidente. Estas son las leyes de Dios. Quien quebrante las leyes de Dios habrá sido injusto consigo mismo. Tú no sabes si Dios, después de esa [primera ruptura], hará surgir una reconciliación.
فَإِذَا Then when fa-idhā they have reached balaghna their term ajalahunna then retain them fa-amsikūhunna with kindness bimaʿrūfin or aw part with them fāriqūhunna with kindness bimaʿrūfin And take witness wa-ashhidū two men dhaway just ʿadlin among you minkum and establish wa-aqīmū the testimony l-shahādata for Allah lillahi That dhālikum is instructed yūʿaẓu with it bihi whoever man [is] kāna believes yu'minu in Allah bil-lahi and the Day wal-yawmi the Last l-ākhiri And whoever waman fears yattaqi Allah l-laha He will make yajʿal for him lahu a way out makhrajan
Cuando estén a punto de finalizar su período de espera, podéis reconciliaros de forma justa o divorciaros definitivamente en términos justos. Hacedlo ante dos testigos neutrales de entre vosotros, y cumplid con vuestro testimonio por Dios. Al cumplimiento de estas leyes es que se exhorta a quien cree en Dios y en el Día del Juicio. Sabed que a quien tenga temor de Dios, Él le dará una solución,
وَيَرْزُقْهُ And He will provide for him wayarzuq'hu from min where ḥaythu not lā he thinks yaḥtasibu And whoever waman puts his trust yatawakkal upon ʿalā Allah l-lahi then He fahuwa (is) sufficient for him ḥasbuhu Indeed inna Allah l-laha (will) accomplish bālighu His purpose amrihi Indeed qad has set jaʿala Allah l-lahu for every likulli thing shayin a measure qadran
y le dará sustento de donde no lo esperaba. Quien deposite su confianza en Dios, sepa que Él le será suficiente. Dios hará que el designio se cumpla, y ha establecido para cada cosa un término y una medida.
وَٱلَّـٰٓـِٔى And those who wa-allāī have despaired ya-is'na of mina the menstruation l-maḥīḍi among min your women nisāikum if ini you doubt ir'tabtum then their waiting period faʿiddatuhunna (is) three thalāthatu months ashhurin and the ones who wa-allāī not lam [they] menstruated yaḥiḍ'na And those who (are) wa-ulātu pregnant l-aḥmāli their term ajaluhunna until an they deliver yaḍaʿna their burdens ḥamlahunna And whoever waman fears yattaqi Allah l-laha He will make yajʿal for him lahu of min his affair amrihi ease yus'ran
El período de espera para aquellas mujeres que hayan llegado a la menopausia, si tienen dudas [sobre el término del periodo], o aquellas que no menstrúan, es de tres meses. En cambio, el de las embarazadas finalizará cuando den a luz. Sabed que a quien tenga temor de Dios, Él le facilitará sus asuntos.
ذَٰلِكَ That dhālika (is the) Command amru (of) Allah l-lahi which He has sent down anzalahu to you ilaykum and whoever waman fears yattaqi Allah l-laha He will remove yukaffir from him ʿanhu his evil deeds sayyiātihi and make great wayuʿ'ẓim for him lahu (his) reward ajran
Estas son las leyes que Dios ha prescrito. A quien tenga temor de Dios, Él le perdonará sus malas obras y le aumentará su recompensa.
أَسْكِنُوهُنَّ Lodge them askinūhunna from min where ḥaythu you dwell sakantum (out) of min your means wuj'dikum and (do) not walā harm them tuḍārrūhunna to distress lituḍayyiqū [on] them ʿalayhinna And if wa-in they are kunna those (who are) ulāti pregnant ḥamlin then spend fa-anfiqū on them ʿalayhinna until ḥattā they deliver yaḍaʿna their burden ḥamlahunna Then if fa-in they suckle arḍaʿna for you lakum then give them faātūhunna their payment ujūrahunna and consult watamirū among yourselves baynakum with kindness bimaʿrūfin but if wa-in you disagree taʿāsartum then may suckle fasatur'ḍiʿu for him lahu another (women) ukh'rā
Dadle a la mujer durante ese periodo el mismo nivel de vida que vosotros tenéis conforme a vuestras posibilidades. No la perjudiquen con ánimo de molestarla. Si ella está embarazada, debéis mantenerla hasta que dé a luz, y si ambos acordáis que ella amamante a su hijo, debéis mantenerla [hasta que termine la lactancia]. Tened buen trato y llegad a un acuerdo de buena manera. Pero si discrepáis [sobre la lactancia del hijo], entonces que otra mujer lo amamante [por cuenta del padre].
لِيُنفِقْ Let spend liyunfiq owner dhū (of) ample means saʿatin from min his ample means saʿatihi and (he) who waman is restricted qudira on him ʿalayhi his provision riz'quhu let him spend falyunfiq from what mimmā he has been given ātāhu (by) Allah l-lahu Does not lā burden yukallifu Allah l-lahu any soul nafsan except illā (with) what mā He has given it ātāhā Will bring about sayajʿalu Allah l-lahu after baʿda hardship ʿus'rin ease yus'ran
Que el adinerado mantenga de acuerdo a su abundancia, pero aquel cuyo sustento es escaso que lo haga acorde a lo que Dios le ha provisto. Dios no exige a nadie por encima de sus posibilidades. Dios hará que luego de toda estrechez venga la prosperidad.
وَكَأَيِّن And how many waka-ayyin of min a town qaryatin rebelled ʿatat against ʿan (the) Command amri (of) its Lord rabbihā and His Messengers warusulihi so We took it to account faḥāsabnāhā an account ḥisāban severe shadīdan and We punished it waʿadhabnāhā a punishment ʿadhāban terrible nuk'ran
¡A cuántos pueblos que desobedecieron a su Señor y a Sus Mensajeros les hice rendir cuentas en forma severa y les azoté con un castigo nunca visto!
فَذَاقَتْ So it tasted fadhāqat (the bad) consequence wabāla (of) its affair amrihā and was wakāna (the) end ʿāqibatu (of) its affair amrihā loss khus'ran
Ellos sufrieron las consecuencias de sus obras. Su final fue la perdición.
أَعَدَّ Has prepared aʿadda Allah l-lahu for them lahum a punishment ʿadhāban severe shadīdan So fear fa-ittaqū Allah l-laha O men yāulī (of) understanding l-albābi those who alladhīna have believed āmanū Indeed qad Has sent down anzala Allah l-lahu to you ilaykum a Message dhik'ran
[A ellos] Dios les ha preparado un castigo severo. Tened temor de Dios, vosotros que reflexionáis y sois creyentes, ya que Dios ha descendido para vosotros el Corán [para que lo toméis como código de vida],
رَّسُولًۭا A Messenger rasūlan reciting yatlū to you ʿalaykum (the) Verses āyāti (of) Allah l-lahi clear mubayyinātin that he may bring out liyukh'rija those who alladhīna believe āmanū and do waʿamilū righteous deeds l-ṣāliḥāti from mina the darkness[es] l-ẓulumāti towards ilā the light l-nūri And whoever waman believes yu'min in Allah bil-lahi and does wayaʿmal righteous deeds ṣāliḥan He will admit him yud'khil'hu (into) Gardens jannātin flow tajrī from min underneath it taḥtihā the rivers l-anhāru abiding khālidīna therein fīhā forever abadan Indeed qad Has been (granted) good aḥsana (by) Allah l-lahu for him lahu provision riz'qan
y os ha enviado un Mensajero que os recita el claro Mensaje de Dios, para sacar de las tinieblas hacia la luz a quienes crean y obren correctamente. A quien crea en Dios y obre piadosamente, Él lo introducirá en jardines por donde corren ríos, en los que vivirán eternamente. ¡Qué hermoso sustento!
ٱللَّهُ Allah al-lahu (is) He Who alladhī created khalaqa seven sabʿa heavens samāwātin and of wamina the earth l-arḍi (the) like of them mith'lahunna Descends yatanazzalu the command l-amru between them baynahunna that you may know litaʿlamū that anna Allah l-laha (is) on ʿalā every kulli thing shayin All-Powerful qadīrun And that wa-anna Allah l-laha indeed qad encompasses aḥāṭa all bikulli things shayin (in) knowledge ʿil'man
Dios ha creado siete cielos y la Tierra de manera similar. A través de ellos desciende Su designio para que sepáis que Dios tiene poder sobre todas las cosas y que todo lo abarca en Su conocimiento.
