¿Acaso no hubo un lapso enorme de tiempo en el cual el ser humano no existía y ni siquiera era mencionado?

Indeed, We

خَلَقْنَا

[We] created

ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ

man

l-insāna

مِن

from

نُّطْفَةٍ

a semen-drop

nuṭ'fatin

أَمْشَاجٍۢ

a mixture

amshājin

نَّبْتَلِيهِ

(that) We test him

nabtalīhi

فَجَعَلْنَـٰهُ

so We made (for) him

fajaʿalnāhu

سَمِيعًۢا

hearing

samīʿan

بَصِيرًا

and sight

baṣīran

٢

Creé al ser humano de un óvulo fecundado para ponerle a prueba. Le agracié con el oído y la vista.

Indeed, We

guided him

ٱلسَّبِيلَ

(to) the way

إِمَّا

وَإِمَّا

and whether

wa-immā

كَفُورًا

(he) be ungrateful

[We] have prepared

لِلْكَـٰفِرِينَ

for the disbelievers

سَلَـٰسِلَا۟

وَأَغْلَـٰلًۭا

and shackles

wa-aghlālan

وَسَعِيرًا

and a Blazing Fire

wasaʿīran

the righteous

its mixture

كَافُورًا

(of) Kafur

Los creyentes sinceros tomarán bebidas dulces en copas aromatizadas,

causing it to gush forth

abundantly

مُسْتَطِيرًۭا

widespread

[Son realmente creyentes] los que cumplen sus promesas y temen el Día del Juicio, cuyo alcance será extensivo.

وَيُطْعِمُونَ

And they feed

ٱلطَّعَامَ

the food

عَلَىٰ

in spite of

ʿalā

حُبِّهِۦ

love (for) it

ḥubbihi

مِسْكِينًۭا

(to the) needy

mis'kīnan

وَيَتِيمًۭا

and (the) orphan

wayatīman

وَأَسِيرًا

and (the) captive

wa-asīran

Y, a pesar del amor que tienen por sus bienes materiales, alimentan al pobre, al huérfano y al prisionero.

نُطْعِمُكُمْ

we feed you

nuṭ'ʿimukum

لِوَجْهِ

for (the) Countenance

ٱللَّهِ

we desire

nurīdu

مِنكُمْ

from you

جَزَآءًۭ

any reward

وَلَا

and not

شُكُورًا

thanks

Dicen: “Os damos de comer simplemente porque anhelamos el rostro de Dios. En realidad, no esperamos de vosotros retribución ni agradecimiento.

Indeed, we

نَخَافُ

fear

مِن

رَّبِّنَا

our Lord

يَوْمًا

a Day

عَبُوسًۭا

harsh

قَمْطَرِيرًۭا

and distressful

qamṭarīran

Tenemos temor de que nuestro Señor nos castigue el día [del Juicio que será] terrible y penoso”.

فَوَقَىٰهُمُ

But will protect them

fawaqāhumu

ٱللَّهُ

Allah

l-lahu

شَرَّ

(from the) evil

sharra

ذَٰلِكَ

(of) that

dhālika

ٱلْيَوْمِ

Day

l-yawmi

وَلَقَّىٰهُمْ

and will cause them to meet

walaqqāhum

نَضْرَةًۭ

radiance

naḍratan

وَسُرُورًۭا

and happiness

wasurūran

Pero Dios les preservará del mal de ese día y les llenará de esplendor y alegría.

وَجَزَىٰهُم

And will reward them

wajazāhum

بِمَا

because

bimā

صَبَرُوا۟

they were patient

ṣabarū

جَنَّةًۭ

(with) a Garden

jannatan

وَحَرِيرًۭا

and silk

Les retribuirá por su paciencia con el Paraíso y vestimentas de seda.

Reclining

[En el Paraíso] estarán reclinados sobre sofás, a salvo del calor ardiente del Sol y la severidad del frío.

And near

wadāniyatan

عَلَيْهِمْ

above them

ʿalayhim

ظِلَـٰلُهَا

(are) its shades

ẓilāluhā

وَذُلِّلَتْ

and will hang low

its cluster of fruits

quṭūfuhā

تَذْلِيلًۭا

dangling low

١٤

Estarán cubiertos por una sombra cercana y fresca de árboles, cuyos frutos serán fáciles de alcanzar.

And will be circulated

بِـَٔانِيَةٍۢ

and cups

قَوَارِيرَا۠

(of) crystal

And will circulate

وِلْدَٰنٌۭ

مُّخَلَّدُونَ

إِذَا

When

idhā

رَأَيْتَهُمْ

you see them

ra-aytahum

حَسِبْتَهُمْ

you would think them

ḥasib'tahum

لُؤْلُؤًۭا

(to be) pearls

lu'lu-an

مَّنثُورًۭا

scattered

manthūran

Rondarán entre los creyentes, sirvientes de juventud eterna. Si los vieras creerías que son perlas esparcidas.

And when

blessings

and a kingdom

كَبِيرًا

Y al mirar solo encontrarás felicidad y un reino vasto.

Upon them

ʿāliyahum

ثِيَابُ

(will be) garments

سُندُسٍ

(of) fine silk

خُضْرٌۭ

وَإِسْتَبْرَقٌۭ ۖ

and heavy brocade

wa-is'tabraqun

وَحُلُّوٓا۟

And they will be adorned

waḥullū

أَسَاوِرَ

(with) bracelets

asāwira

مِن

فِضَّةٍۢ

silver

fiḍḍatin

وَسَقَىٰهُمْ

and will give them to drink

wasaqāhum

رَبُّهُمْ

their Lord

rabbuhum

شَرَابًۭا

a drink

sharāban

طَهُورًا

pure

ṭahūran

٢١

[Quienes lo habiten] vestirán de verde satén y de brocado, y llevarán brazaletes de plata. Su Señor les dará de beber una bebida pura.

Indeed

عَلَيْكَ

ٱلْقُرْءَانَ

the Quran

تَنزِيلًۭا

progressively

tanzīlan

٢٣

[¡Oh, Muhámmad!] Te he revelado el Corán gradualmente [en respuesta a distintas situaciones].

فَٱصْبِرْ

So be patient

fa-iṣ'bir

لِحُكْمِ

for (the) Command

liḥuk'mi

رَبِّكَ

(of) your Lord

rabbika

وَلَا

and (do) not

مِنْهُمْ

from them

min'hum

ءَاثِمًا

any sinner

āthiman

أَوْ

or

كَفُورًۭا

disbeliever

Espera pacientemente el juicio de tu Señor y no obedezcas al pecador desagradecido.

And remember

Y celebra el nombre de tu Señor por la mañana y por la tarde.

Y por la noche prostérnate ante Él. Usa gran parte de la noche para glorificarlo.

يُحِبُّونَ

ٱلْعَاجِلَةَ

the immediate

and leave

وَرَآءَهُمْ

behind them

يَوْمًۭا

a Day

yawman

ثَقِيلًۭا

grave

thaqīlan

٢٧

Los que rechazan el Mensaje aman la vida efímera y dan la espalda a un día cargado de aflicción [en el que serán juzgados].

We

created them

وَشَدَدْنَآ

and We strengthened

أَسْرَهُمْ ۖ

their forms

شِئْنَا

We will

shi'nā

بَدَّلْنَآ

We can change

baddalnā

أَمْثَـٰلَهُمْ

their likeness[es]

amthālahum

تَبْدِيلًا

(with) a change

tabdīlan

٢٨

[No reconocen que] Yo les he creado y les he dado una constitución física fuerte, pero si quisiera podría sustituirles por otros iguales.

Indeed

هَـٰذِهِۦ

this

تَذْكِرَةٌۭ ۖ

(is) a reminder

tadhkiratun

فَمَن

so whoever

let him take

ittakhadha

إِلَىٰ

to

ilā

رَبِّهِۦ

his Lord

rabbihi

سَبِيلًۭا

a way

sabīlan

٢٩

Esta revelación es para reflexionar. Quien quiera, que tome un camino hacia su Señor.

Pero no querrán a menos que quiera Dios, porque Dios todo lo sabe, es Sabio.
