الذاريات

وَٱلذَّٰرِيَـٰتِ

By those scattering

wal-dhāriyāti

ذَرْوًۭا

dispersing

dharwan

١

[Juro] por los vientos que soplan,

فَٱلْحَـٰمِلَـٰتِ

And those carrying

fal-ḥāmilāti

وِقْرًۭا

a load

wiq'ran

٢

por las nubes cargadas de lluvias,

فَٱلْجَـٰرِيَـٰتِ

And those sailing

fal-jāriyāti

يُسْرًۭا

(with) ease

yus'ran

٣

por los barcos que navegan con facilidad,

فَٱلْمُقَسِّمَـٰتِ

And those distributing

fal-muqasimāti

أَمْرًا

Command

amran

٤

por los ángeles que trasmiten las órdenes [de Dios],

إِنَّمَا

Indeed, what

innamā

تُوعَدُونَ

you are promised

tūʿadūna

لَصَادِقٌۭ

(is) surely true

laṣādiqun

٥

que lo que se les ha anunciado [el Día de la Resurrección] es una verdad,

وَإِنَّ

And indeed

wa-inna

ٱلدِّينَ

the Judgment

l-dīna

لَوَٰقِعٌۭ

(is) surely to occur

lawāqiʿun

٦

y que el juicio es inevitable.

وَٱلسَّمَآءِ

By the heaven

wal-samāi

ذَاتِ

full of

dhāti

ٱلْحُبُكِ

Y [juro] por el cosmos surcado de [planetas en] órbitas

إِنَّكُمْ

Indeed, you

لَفِى

(are) surely in

a speech

مُّخْتَلِفٍۢ

que vosotros [¡Oh, idólatras!] tenéis creencias contradictorias [con la verdad]

Los piadosos, en cambio, morarán en jardines con manantiales.

ءَاتَىٰهُمْ

their Lord has given them

رَبُّهُمْ ۚ

Indeed, they

كَانُوا۟

were

kānū

قَبْلَ

before

ذَٰلِكَ

that

dhālika

مُحْسِنِينَ

good-doers

muḥ'sinīna

١٦

Disfrutarán lo que Su Señor les conceda, porque en la vida mundanal hacían el bien,

They used to

قَلِيلًۭا

little

مِّنَ

mina

ٱلَّيْلِ

the night

مَا

يَهْجَعُونَ

وَبِٱلْأَسْحَارِ

And in the hours before dawn

هُمْ

يَسْتَغْفِرُونَ

would ask forgiveness

And in

their wealth

and the deprived

wal-maḥrūmi

And in

ٱلْأَرْضِ

the earth

ءَايَـٰتٌۭ

(are) signs

لِّلْمُوقِنِينَ

for those who are certain

En la Tierra hay signos para quienes tienen certeza interior.

And in

wafī

أَنفُسِكُمْ ۚ

yourselves

أَفَلَا

Then will not

تُبْصِرُونَ

you see

También en vosotros mismos. ¿Es que no veis?

En el cielo se encuentra [la fuente de] vuestro sustento y lo que os fue prometido.

Then by (the) Lord

وَٱلْأَرْضِ

and the earth

إِنَّهُۥ

لَحَقٌّۭ

(is) surely (the) truth

laḥaqqun

مِّثْلَ

(just) as

mith'la

مَآ

[what]

mā

أَنَّكُمْ

you

annakum

تَنطِقُونَ

speak

tanṭiqūna

٢٣

[Juro] por el Señor del cielo y de la Tierra que [lo que se os ha prometido] es tan cierto como que podéis hablar.

Te relataremos la historia de los huéspedes honorables de Abraham:

فَقَالُوا۟

قَوْمٌۭ

مُّنكَرُونَ

Cuando se presentaron ante él dijeron: “¡Paz!” Y [Abraham] respondió: “¡Paz!, gente desconocida”.

Then he went

إِلَىٰٓ

أَهْلِهِۦ

his household

فَجَآءَ

and came

بِعِجْلٍۢ

with a calf

٢٦

Y rápidamente se fue a preparar con su familia el mejor de sus terneros,

فَقَرَّبَهُۥٓ

And he placed it near

إِلَيْهِمْ

[to] them

he said

أَلَا

Will not

تَأْكُلُونَ

y se los ofreció [asado]. Pero [al ver que no comían] les dijo: “¿Acaso no vais a comer?”,

وَبَشَّرُوهُ

and they gave him glad tidings

wabasharūhu

بِغُلَـٰمٍ

of a son

عَلِيمٍۢ

learned

ʿalīmin

y sintió temor de ellos. Pero le dijeron: “No temas”, y le albriciaron que tendría un hijo dotado de sabiduría.

فَأَقْبَلَتِ

Then came forward

ٱمْرَأَتُهُۥ

his wife

فِى

صَرَّةٍۢ

a loud voice

ṣarratin

فَصَكَّتْ

and struck

faṣakkat

وَجْهَهَا

her face

wajhahā

وَقَالَتْ

and she said

waqālat

عَجُوزٌ

An old woman

ʿajūzun

عَقِيمٌۭ

barren

ʿaqīmun

٢٩

Entonces, su mujer dio un grito de sorpresa y, abofeteándose el rostro, dijo: “¡Pero si ya soy una anciana estéril!”

(is) the All-Wise

the All-Knower

l-ʿalīmu

Le dijeron: “Así lo ha decretado tu Señor, y Él es el Sabio, el que lo sabe todo”.

خَطْبُكُمْ

(is) your mission

O messengers

O messengers

Dijo [Abraham]: “¡Oh, emisarios! ¿Cuál es vuestra misión?”

They said

Indeed, we

أُرْسِلْنَآ

[we] have been sent

ur'sil'nā

إِلَىٰ

قَوْمٍۢ

a people

criminal

muj'rimīna

٣٢

Dijeron: “Fuimos enviados a un pueblo de criminales

That we may send down

عَلَيْهِمْ

upon them

ʿalayhim

حِجَارَةًۭ

stones

ḥijāratan

مِّن

طِينٍۢ

para castigarlos con piedras de arcilla cocida,

عِندَ

by your Lord

Then We brought out

٣٥

Pero debemos sacar de allí a los creyentes”.

مِّنَ

And We left

a Sign

لِّلَّذِينَ

the punishment

l-ʿadhāba

ٱلْأَلِيمَ

the painful

l-alīma

٣٧

Allí dejé un signo para que reflexionen quienes tienen temor del castigo doloroso.

مُوسَىٰٓ

Musa

mūsā

إِذْ

أَرْسَلْنَـٰهُ

We sent him

arsalnāhu

إِلَىٰ

to

فِرْعَوْنَ

Firaun

fir'ʿawna

بِسُلْطَـٰنٍۢ

with an authority

bisul'ṭānin

مُّبِينٍۢ

clear

mubīnin

٣٨

También en la historia de Moisés. Porque le envié ante el Faraón con una autoridad clara.

فَتَوَلَّىٰ

But he turned away

بِرُكْنِهِۦ

with his supporters

biruk'nihi

وَقَالَ

and said

waqāla

سَـٰحِرٌ

A magician

sāḥirun

أَوْ

مَجْنُونٌۭ

a madman

majnūnun

٣٩

Pero él y sus partidarios lo rechazaron y le dijeron: “Eres un hechicero o un loco”.

فَأَخَذْنَـٰهُ

So We took him

fa-akhadhnāhu

وَجُنُودَهُۥ

and his hosts

wajunūdahu

فَنَبَذْنَـٰهُمْ

and threw them

fanabadhnāhum

فِى

ٱلْيَمِّ

the sea

l-yami

وَهُوَ

while he

wahuwa

مُلِيمٌۭ

(was) blameworthy

mulīmun

٤٠

Entonces, le castigué a él y a sus partidarios ahogándolos en el mar; él fue el culpable.

عَادٍ

Aad

إِذْ

أَرْسَلْنَا

We sent

عَلَيْهِمُ

against them

ٱلْعَقِيمَ

the barren

l-ʿaqīma

Y también en el pueblo de ‘Ad. Envié contra ellos un viento devastador,

like disintegrated ruins

Thamud

إِذْ

قِيلَ

was said

لَهُمْ

تَمَتَّعُوا۟

Enjoy (yourselves)

حَتَّىٰ

for

ḥattā

حِينٍۢ

a time

ḥīnin

٤٣

También en el pueblo de Zamud. Se les dijo: “Disfrutad transitoriamente”.

فَعَتَوْا۟

But they rebelled

عَنْ

against

ʿan

أَمْرِ

(the) Command

رَبِّهِمْ

(of) their Lord

rabbihim

فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ

so seized them

fa-akhadhathumu

ٱلصَّـٰعِقَةُ

the thunderbolt

l-ṣāʿiqatu

وَهُمْ

while they

wahum

يَنظُرُونَ

were looking

yanẓurūna

٤٤

Pero cuando desobedecieron las órdenes de su Señor fueron fulminados por un rayo mientras lo veían venir,

فَمَا

Then not

famā

ٱسْتَطَـٰعُوا۟

they were able to

وَمَا

help themselves

فَـٰسِقِينَ

El pueblo de Noé [también fue castigado] porque era gente perversa.

And the heaven

بَنَيْنَـٰهَا

We constructed it

بِأَيْي۟دٍۢ

with strength

bi-aydin

وَإِنَّا

and indeed, We

wa-innā

لَمُوسِعُونَ

(are) surely (its) Expanders

lamūsiʿūna

٤٧

Yo soy Quien construí el universo con [Mi] poder [creador]; y soy Yo quien lo expande continuamente.

وَٱلْأَرْضَ

And the earth

wal-arḍa

فَرَشْنَـٰهَا

We have spread it

farashnāhā

فَنِعْمَ

how excellent

faniʿ'ma

ٱلْمَـٰهِدُونَ

(are) the Spreaders

l-māhidūna

٤٨

Indeed, I am

لَكُم

مِّنْهُ

from Him

نَذِيرٌۭ

No dediquéis actos de adoración a otros que Dios, Yo soy para vosotros un amonestador que habla claro”.

Messenger

إِلَّا

قَالُوا۟

they said

سَاحِرٌ

A magician

sāḥirun

أَوْ

aw

مَجْنُونٌ

a madman

majnūnun

En la antigüedad, cada vez que llegaba un Mensajero le acusaban de hechicero o loco.

أَتَوَاصَوْا۟

Have they transmitted it to them

بِهِۦ ۚ

قَوْمٌۭ

(are) a people

طَاغُونَ

transgressing

ṭāghūna

Pareciera que se hubieran transmitido esas palabras unos a otros. Pero en realidad son gente transgresora.

So turn away

بِمَلُومٍۢ

(are) to be blamed

And remind

فَإِنَّ

for indeed

ٱلذِّكْرَىٰ

the reminder

تَنفَعُ

benefits

ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

the believers

l-mu'minīna

Y hazles recordar, porque el recuerdo beneficia a los creyentes.

خَلَقْتُ

I have created

khalaqtu

ٱلْجِنَّ

the jinn

l-jina

وَٱلْإِنسَ

and the mankind

wal-insa

إِلَّا

except

illā

لِيَعْبُدُونِ

that they worship Me

liyaʿbudūni

No he creado a los yinn y a los seres humanos sino para que Me adoren.

the Strong

ظَلَمُوا۟

(is) a portion

مِّثْلَ

ذَنُوبِ

(the) portion

dhanūbi

أَصْحَـٰبِهِمْ

(of) their companions

aṣḥābihim

فَلَا

so let them not ask Me to hasten

falā

يَسْتَعْجِلُونِ

so let them not ask Me to hasten

yastaʿjilūni

Los injustos recibirán su castigo al igual que sus antepasados, así que no Me apresuren.

Then woe

لِّلَّذِينَ

to those who

lilladhīna

كَفَرُوا۟

disbelieve

alladhī

يُوعَدُونَ

they are promised

yūʿadūna
