Alguien pide que se desencadene el castigo prometido

To the disbelievers

وَٱلرُّوحُ

and the Spirit

يَوْمٍۢ

a Day

كَانَ

[is]

kāna

مِقْدَارُهُۥ

its measure

miq'dāruhu

خَمْسِينَ

(is) fifty

khamsīna

أَلْفَ

thousand

سَنَةٍۢ

year(s)

sanatin

٤

por las que ascienden hacia Él los ángeles y las almas; un día que durará cincuenta mil años.

So be patient

صَبْرًۭا

a patience

Persevera con profunda paciencia,

Indeed, they

يَرَوْنَهُۥ

see it

بَعِيدًۭا

(as) far off

porque ellos lo ven lejano [al Día del Juicio],

وَنَرَىٰهُ

But We see it

wanarāhu

قَرِيبًۭا

near

qarīban

٧

pero Yo sé que está cercano.

يَوْمَ

(The) Day

yawma

تَكُونُ

will be

ٱلسَّمَآءُ

the sky

l-samāu

كَٱلْمُهْلِ

like molten copper

kal-muh'li

El día que el cielo parezca masas de minerales fundidos

وَتَكُونُ

And will be

watakūnu

ٱلْجِبَالُ

the mountains

كَٱلْعِهْنِ

like wool

y las montañas copos de lana,

And not

يَسْـَٔلُ

will ask

حَمِيمٌ

a friend

ḥamīmun

حَمِيمًۭا

(about) a friend

ḥamīman

y nadie pregunte por sus seres amados

يُبَصَّرُونَهُمْ ۚ

They will be made to see each other

yubaṣṣarūnahum

يَوَدُّ

Would wish

yawaddu

ٱلْمُجْرِمُ

the criminal

l-muj'rimu

لَوْ

if

law

يَفْتَدِى

he (could be) ransomed

yaftadī

مِنْ

from

min

عَذَابِ

(the) punishment

ʿadhābi

يَوْمِئِذٍۭ

(of) that Day

yawmi-idhin

بِبَنِيهِ

by his children

bibanīhi

١١

a pesar de reconocerles. El pecador querrá salvarse del castigo de ese día ofreciendo como rescate incluso a sus propios hijos,

وَصَـٰحِبَتِهِۦ

And his spouse

waṣāḥibatihi

وَأَخِيهِ

and his brother

wa-akhīhi

١٢

a su esposa, a su hermano,

وَفَصِيلَتِهِ

And his nearest kindred

wafaṣīlatihi

ٱلَّتِى

who

allatī

تُـْٔوِيهِ

sheltered him

a sus parientes en quienes se apoyaba,

وَمَن

And whoever

waman

فِى

(is) on

fī

ٱلْأَرْضِ

the earth

l-arḍi

جَمِيعًۭا

all

ثُمَّ

then

يُنجِيهِ

it (could) save him

y a todos los habitantes de la Tierra con tal de salvarse.

كَلَّآ ۖ

By no means

kallā

إِنَّهَا

Indeed, it (is)

innahā

لَظَىٰ

surely a Flame of Hell

laẓā

١٥

Pero no le servirá, su castigo será el fuego del Infierno

نَزَّاعَةًۭ

A remover

nazzāʿatan

لِّلشَّوَىٰ

of the skin of the head

١٦

que le arrancará sus extremidades,

تَدْعُوا۟

Inviting

مَنْ

(him) who

man

أَدْبَرَ

turned his back

adbara

وَتَوَلَّىٰ

and went away

watawallā

١٧

y convocará a quien le dio la espalda y se apartó del Mensaje,

وَجَمَعَ

And collected

wajamaʿa

فَأَوْعَىٰٓ

and hoarded

fa-awʿā

١٨

y acumuló bienes materiales con avaricia.

۞ إِنَّ

Indeed

inna

ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ

the man

l-insāna

خُلِقَ

was created

khuliqa

هَلُوعًا

anxious

halūʿan

١٩

El ser humano fue creado impaciente:

إِذَا

When

idhā

مَسَّهُ

touches him

massahu

ٱلشَّرُّ

the evil

l-sharu

جَزُوعًۭا

distressed

jazūʿan

٢٠

se desespera cuando sufre un mal

وَإِذَا

And when

wa-idhā

مَسَّهُ

touches him

massahu

ٱلْخَيْرُ

the good

l-khayru

مَنُوعًا

withholding

manūʿan

y se torna mezquino cuando la fortuna lo favorece,

إِلَّا

Except

illā

ٱلْمُصَلِّينَ

those who pray

l-muṣalīna

٢٢

salvo los orantes devotos

Those who

عَلَىٰ

at

ʿalā

صَلَاتِهِمْ

their prayer

ṣalātihim

دَآئِمُونَ

(are) constant

que son perseverantes en la oración,

وَٱلَّذِينَ

And those who

wa-alladhīna

فِىٓ

in

fī

أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ

their wealth

amwālihim

حَقٌّۭ

(is) a right

ḥaqqun

مَّعْلُومٌۭ

maʿlūmun

٢٤

que de su dinero destinan un derecho establecido

لِّلسَّآئِلِ

For the one who asks

lilssāili

وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ

and the deprived

wal-maḥrūmi

٢٥

para el que pide ayuda y para el indigente honesto;

وَٱلَّذِينَ

And those who

wa-alladhīna

يُصَدِّقُونَ

accept (the) truth

yuṣaddiqūna

بِيَوْمِ

(of the) Day

biyawmi

ٱلدِّينِ

(of) the Judgment

que creen en el Día del Juicio Final,

وَٱلَّذِينَ

And those who

wa-alladhīna

هُم

[they]

hum

مِّنْ

of

min

عَذَابِ

(the) punishment

ʿadhābi

رَبِّهِم

(of) their Lord

rabbihim

مُّشْفِقُونَ

(are) fearful

mush'fiqūna

٢٧

que tienen temor del castigo de su Señor,

Indeed

عَذَابَ

(the) punishment

ʿadhāba

رَبِّهِمْ

(of) your Lord

rabbihim

غَيْرُ

(is) not

ghayru

مَأْمُونٍۢ

to be felt secure (of)

mamūnin

٢٨

siendo que nadie está a salvo del castigo de su Señor.

وَٱلَّذِينَ

And those who

wa-alladhīna

هُمْ

[they]

hum

لِفُرُوجِهِمْ

their modesty

lifurūjihim

حَـٰفِظُونَ

(are) guardians

ḥāfiẓūna

٢٩

Los que preservan su sexualidad

إِلَّا

Except

illā

عَلَىٰٓ

from

ʿalā

أَزْوَٰجِهِمْ

their spouses

azwājihim

أَوْ

or

aw

مَا

what

mā

مَلَكَتْ

they possess

malakat

أَيْمَـٰنُهُمْ

rightfully

aymānuhum

فَإِنَّهُمْ

then indeed, they

fa-innahum

غَيْرُ

(are) not

ghayru

مَلُومِينَ

blameworthy

malūmīna

٣٠

al ámbito conyugal o lo que posee la diestra, ya que eso no es censurable.

فَمَنِ

But whoever

famani

ٱبْتَغَىٰ

seeks

ib'taghā

وَرَآءَ

beyond

warāa

ذَٰلِكَ

that

dhālika

فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ

then those

fa-ulāika

هُمُ

[they]

humu

ٱلْعَادُونَ

(are) the transgressors

l-ʿādūna

٣١

Quien traspase este límite, sepa que es un trasgresor.

وَٱلَّذِينَ

And those who

wa-alladhīna

هُمْ

[they]

hum

لِأَمَـٰنَـٰتِهِمْ

of their trusts

li-amānātihim

وَعَهْدِهِمْ

and their promise

waʿahdihim

رَٰعُونَ

(are) observers

rāʿūna

٣٢

Y los que devuelven los depósitos que se les confían y respetan los acuerdos que celebran,

وَٱلَّذِينَ

And those who

wa-alladhīna

هُم

[they]

hum

بِشَهَـٰدَٰتِهِمْ

in their testimonies

bishahādātihim

قَآئِمُونَ

stand firm

qāimūna

٣٣

que son veraces en sus testimonios

وَٱلَّذِينَ

And those who

wa-alladhīna

هُمْ

[they]

hum

عَلَىٰ

on

ʿalā

صَلَاتِهِمْ

their prayer

ṣalātihim

يُحَافِظُونَ

keep a guard

yuḥāfiẓūna

٣٤

y que cumplen con las oraciones prescritas,

Those

فِى

(will be) in

جَنَّـٰتٍۢ

Gardens

jannātin

مُّكْرَمُونَ

honored

muk'ramūna

those who

كَفَرُوا۟

¿Qué les sucede a los que rechazan el Mensaje, que se dirigen hacia ti presurosos

the right

وَعَنِ

and on

waʿani

ٱلشِّمَالِ

عِزِينَ

Does long

a Garden

jannata

نَعِيمٍۢ

(of) Delight

¿Acaso anhelan ser introducidos en los Jardines de las Delicias?

كَلَّآ ۖ

By no means

إِنَّا

Indeed, We

خَلَقْنَـٰهُم

[We] have created them

khalaqnāhum

مِّمَّا

from what

mimmā

يَعْلَمُونَ

they know

No lo conseguirán. Les he creado de lo que saben.

فَلَآ

But nay

falā

أُقْسِمُ

I swear

uq'simu

بِرَبِّ

by (the) Lord

birabbi

ٱلْمَشَـٰرِقِ

(of) the risings

l-mashāriqi

وَٱلْمَغَـٰرِبِ

and the settings

wal-maghāribi

إِنَّا

that We

innā

لَقَـٰدِرُونَ

(are) surely Able

laqādirūna

٤٠

¡Pues no! Juro por el Señor de los diferentes levantes y ponientes del Sol que tengo poder

عَلَىٰٓ

[On]

ʿalā

أَن

to

an

نُّبَدِّلَ

[We] replace

nubaddila

خَيْرًۭا

(with) better

khayran

مِّنْهُمْ

than them

min'hum

وَمَا

and not

wamā

نَحْنُ

We

naḥnu

بِمَسْبُوقِينَ

(are) to be outrun

bimasbūqīna

٤١

para sustituirlos por otros seres mejores que ellos, sin que nadie pueda impedírmelo.

فَذَرْهُمْ

So leave them

fadharhum

يَخُوضُوا۟

(to) converse vainly

yakhūḍū

وَيَلْعَبُوا۟

and amuse themselves

wayalʿabū

حَتَّىٰ

until

ḥattā

يُلَـٰقُوا۟

they meet

yulāqū

يَوْمَهُمُ

their Day

yawmahumu

ٱلَّذِى

which

alladhī

يُوعَدُونَ

they are promised

yūʿadūna

Déjalos que discutan y jueguen hasta que les llegue el día con que se les ha advertido.

they will come out

مِنَ

ٱلْأَجْدَاثِ

the graves

سِرَاعًۭا

كَأَنَّهُمْ

as if they (were)

ka-annahum

إِلَىٰ

to

ilā

نُصُبٍۢ

a goal

nuṣubin

يُوفِضُونَ

hastening

yūfiḍūna

٤٣

El día que salgan de las tumbas, presurosos como si corrieran hacia una meta,

خَـٰشِعَةً

Humbled

khāshiʿatan

أَبْصَـٰرُهُمْ

their eyesights

abṣāruhum

تَرْهَقُهُمْ

will cover them

tarhaquhum

ذِلَّةٌۭ ۚ

humiliation

dhillatun

ذَٰلِكَ

That

dhālika

ٱلْيَوْمُ

(is) the Day

l-yawmu

ٱلَّذِى

which

alladhī

كَانُوا۟

they were

kānū

يُوعَدُونَ

promised

yūʿadūna

٤٤

con su mirada abatida, cubiertos de humillación. Ese es el día que se les ha advertido.
