قُلْنَا We said qul'nā Go down ih'biṭū from it min'hā all (of you) jamīʿan and when fa-immā comes to you yatiyannakum from Me minnī Guidance hudan then whoever faman follows tabiʿa My Guidance hudāya [then] no falā fear khawfun (will be) on them ʿalayhim and not walā they hum will grieve yaḥzanūna
Dije: “¡Descended todos de él! Cuando os llegue de Mí una guía, quienes la sigan no habrán de sentir temor ni tristeza.
وَٱلَّذِينَ And those wa-alladhīna who disbelieve[d] kafarū and deny wakadhabū Our Signs biāyātinā those ulāika (are the) companions aṣḥābu (of) the Fire l-nāri they hum in it fīhā (will) abide forever khālidūna
Pero quienes no crean y desmientan Mis signos serán los habitantes del Fuego, donde morarán eternamente.
يَـٰبَنِىٓ O Children yābanī (of) Israel is'rāīla Remember udh'kurū My Favor niʿ'matiya which allatī I bestowed anʿamtu upon you ʿalaykum and fulfill wa-awfū My Covenant biʿahdī I will fulfill ūfi your covenant biʿahdikum and Me Alone wa-iyyāya fear [Me] fa-ir'habūni
¡Oh, Pueblo de Israel! Recordad los beneficios con los que os he agraciado, y cumplid con vuestro compromiso que Yo cumpliré con el Mío, pero tened temor devocional solo de Mí.
وَءَامِنُوا۟ And believe waāminū in what bimā I have sent down anzaltu confirming muṣaddiqan that which limā (is) with you maʿakum and (do) not walā be takūnū (the) first awwala disbeliever kāfirin of it bihi And (do) not walā exchange tashtarū My Signs (for) biāyātī a price thamanan small qalīlan and Me Alone wa-iyyāya fear [Me] fa-ittaqūni
Creed en lo que he revelado en confirmación de lo que ya habíais recibido y no seáis los primeros en negarlo. No vendáis Mis preceptos por un precio vil, y tened temor devocional solo de Mí.
وَلَا And (do) not walā mix talbisū the Truth l-ḥaqa with [the] falsehood bil-bāṭili and conceal wataktumū the Truth l-ḥaqa while you wa-antum [you] know taʿlamūna
No mezcléis la verdad con falsedades ni ocultéis la verdad a sabiendas.
وَأَقِيمُوا۟ And establish wa-aqīmū the prayer l-ṣalata and give waātū zakah l-zakata and bow down wa-ir'kaʿū with maʿa those who bow down l-rākiʿīna
Cumplid con la oración, pagad el zakat y prosternaos con los que se prosternan [adorando a Dios].
۞ أَتَأْمُرُونَ Do you order atamurūna [the] people l-nāsa [the] righteousness bil-biri and you forget watansawna yourselves anfusakum while you wa-antum [you] recite tatlūna the Book l-kitāba Then, will not afalā you use reason taʿqilūna
¿Acaso ordenáis a la gente que haga el bien y os olvidáis de hacerlo vosotros mismos, siendo que leéis el Libro [la Torá]? ¿Acaso no razonáis [bien]?
وَٱسْتَعِينُوا۟ And seek help wa-is'taʿīnū through patience bil-ṣabri and the prayer wal-ṣalati and indeed, it wa-innahā (is) surely difficult lakabīratun except illā on ʿalā the humble ones l-khāshiʿīna
Buscad socorro en la paciencia y la oración. El cumplimiento de la oración es difícil, excepto para los que se someten humildemente [a Dios];
ٱلَّذِينَ Those who alladhīna believe yaẓunnūna that they annahum will meet mulāqū their Lord rabbihim and that they wa-annahum to Him ilayhi will return rājiʿūna
tienen certeza del encuentro con su Señor y saben que retornarán a Él.
يَـٰبَنِىٓ O Children yābanī (of) Israel is'rāīla Remember udh'kurū My Favor niʿ'matiya which allatī I bestowed anʿamtu upon you ʿalaykum and that I wa-annī [I] preferred you faḍḍaltukum over ʿalā the worlds l-ʿālamīna
¡Oh, Pueblo de Israel! Recordad los beneficios con los que os agracié y cómo os distinguí sobre los demás pueblos [de vuestra época].
وَٱتَّقُوا۟ And fear wa-ittaqū a day yawman (will) not lā avail tajzī any soul nafsun for ʿan (another) soul nafsin anything shayan and not walā will be accepted yuq'balu from it min'hā any intercession shafāʿatun and not walā will be taken yu'khadhu from it min'hā a compensation ʿadlun and not walā they hum will be helped yunṣarūna
Y temed el día en que ninguna persona pueda beneficiarse de otra ni se acepte intercesión o compensación alguna y nadie sea auxiliado.
