وَأَنَّا And that we wa-annā among us minnā (are) Muslims l-mus'limūna and among us waminnā (are) unjust l-qāsiṭūna And whoever faman submits aslama then those fa-ulāika have sought taḥarraw (the) right path rashadan
Entre nosotros [los yinn] hay quienes aceptaron el Islam, pero también hay quienes se apartaron del sendero recto. Los que aceptaron el Islam son los que siguen la guía verdadera.
وَأَمَّا And as for wa-ammā the unjust l-qāsiṭūna they will be fakānū for Hell lijahannama firewood ḥaṭaban
Los que rechazaron el sendero recto, en cambio, serán combustible para el Infierno’”.
وَأَلَّوِ And that if wa-allawi they had remained is'taqāmū on ʿalā the Way l-ṭarīqati surely We (would) have given them to drink la-asqaynāhum water māan (in) abundance ghadaqan
Pero si hubieran seguido el sendero recto les habría dado de beber de la abundancia,
لِّنَفْتِنَهُمْ That We might test them linaftinahum therein fīhi And whoever waman turns away yuʿ'riḍ from ʿan the Remembrance dhik'ri (of) his Lord rabbihi He will make him enter yasluk'hu a punishment ʿadhāban severe ṣaʿadan
para probarlos con ella. Porque quien se aparte del recuerdo de su Señor recibirá un castigo penoso.
وَأَنَّ And that wa-anna the masjids l-masājida (are) for Allah lillahi so (do) not falā call tadʿū with maʿa Allah l-lahi anyone aḥadan
Los lugares de culto son para adorar solo a Dios, por lo que no deben invocar a nada ni a nadie junto con Dios.
وَأَنَّهُۥ And that wa-annahu when lammā stood up qāma (the) slave ʿabdu (of) Allah l-lahi calling (upon) Him yadʿūhu they almost kādū became yakūnūna around him ʿalayhi a compacted mass libadan
Cuando el siervo de Dios [el profeta Muhámmad] se levantó para invocarlo, [los yinn] se agolparon a su alrededor [para oír la recitación].
قُلْ Say qul Only innamā I call upon adʿū my Lord rabbī and not walā I associate ush'riku with Him bihi anyone aḥadan
Diles [¡Oh, Muhámmad!]: “Solo invoco a mi Señor y no adoro a otro que Dios”.
قُلْ Say qul Indeed, I innī (do) not lā possess amliku for you lakum any harm ḍarran and not walā right path rashadan
Diles: “No tengo poder personal para desviarlos ni para guiarlos por el camino recto”.
قُلْ Say qul Indeed I innī never lan can protect me yujīranī from mina Allah l-lahi anyone aḥadun and never walan can I find ajida from min besides Him dūnihi any refuge mul'taḥadan
Diles: “Nadie puede protegerme de Dios y no tengo refugio fuera de Él,
إِلَّا But illā (the) notification balāghan from mina Allah l-lahi and His Messages warisālātihi And whoever waman disobeys yaʿṣi Allah l-laha and His Messenger warasūlahu then indeed fa-inna for him lahu (is the) Fire nāra (of) Hell jahannama (they will) abide khālidīna therein fīhā forever abadan
solo debo difundir el Mensaje que me ha encargado transmitir”. Quien rechace a Dios y a Su Mensajero, sepa que le espera el fuego del Infierno, en el que permanecerá por toda la eternidad.
حَتَّىٰٓ Until ḥattā when idhā they see ra-aw what mā they are promised yūʿadūna then they will know fasayaʿlamūna who man (is) weaker aḍʿafu (in) helpers nāṣiran and fewer wa-aqallu (in) number ʿadadan
Y cuando vean lo que se les había prometido sabrán quiénes están realmente desamparados y quiénes son los insignificantes.
قُلْ Say qul Not in I know adrī whether is near aqarībun what mā you are promised tūʿadūna or (whether) am will appoint yajʿalu for it lahu my Lord rabbī a (distant) term amadan
Diles: “No sé si está cerca aquello con que se los ha advertido, o si mi Señor le ha fijado un plazo distante.
عَـٰلِمُ (The) All-Knower ʿālimu (of) the unseen l-ghaybi so not falā He reveals yuẓ'hiru from ʿalā His unseen ghaybihi (to) anyone aḥadan
Él es Quien conoce lo oculto y no permite que nadie acceda a él.
إِلَّا Except illā whom mani He has approved ir'taḍā of min a Messenger rasūlin and indeed, He fa-innahu makes to march yasluku from min before bayni him yadayhi and from wamin behind him khalfihi a guard raṣadan
Salvo aquel con quien Él se complace como Mensajero [y le revela asuntos de lo oculto]. Entonces, hace que lo escolten [ángeles] por delante y por detrás
لِّيَعْلَمَ That He may make evident liyaʿlama that an indeed qad they have conveyed ablaghū (the) Messages risālāti (of) their Lord rabbihim and He has encompassed wa-aḥāṭa what bimā (is) with them ladayhim and He takes account wa-aḥṣā (of) all kulla things shayin (in) number ʿadadan
para cerciorarse que ha transmitido los Mensajes de su Señor. Él tiene completo conocimiento de todo cuanto les sucede y lleva la cuenta exacta de todo”.
