وَمَآ And not wamā (is) Our Command amrunā but illā one wāḥidatun like the twinkling kalamḥin (of) the eye bil-baṣari
Y Mi orden es dada solo una vez, y ejecutada en un abrir y cerrar de ojos.
وَلَقَدْ And certainly walaqad We destroyed ahlaknā your kinds ashyāʿakum so is (there) fahal any min who will receive admonition muddakirin
Ya destruí en el pasado a quienes desmintieron como vosotros. Pero, ¿habrá alguien que reflexione?
وَكُلُّ And every wakullu thing shayin they did faʿalūhu (is) in fī the written records l-zuburi
Todo cuanto hicieron se encuentra registrado en el libro de sus obras.
وَكُلُّ And every wakullu small ṣaghīrin and big wakabīrin (is) written down mus'taṭarun
Y todo cuanto ocurre, importante o insignificante, está escrito.
إِنَّ Indeed inna the righteous l-mutaqīna (will be) in fī gardens jannātin and river wanaharin
Los piadosos estarán entre jardines y ríos,
فِى In fī a seat maqʿadi (of) honor ṣid'qin near ʿinda a King malīkin Most Powerful muq'tadirin
en un lugar honorable, junto al Soberano Todopoderoso.

الرحمن
عَلَّمَهُ He taught him ʿallamahu [the] speech l-bayāna
y le ha enseñado a hablar con elocuencia.
ٱلشَّمْسُ The sun al-shamsu and the moon wal-qamaru by (precise) calculation biḥus'bānin
El Sol y la Luna siguen una órbita precisa,
وَٱلنَّجْمُ And the stars wal-najmu and the trees wal-shajaru both prostrate yasjudāni
y las hierbas y los árboles se prosternan [ante Dios].
وَٱلسَّمَآءَ And the heaven wal-samāa He raised it rafaʿahā and He has set up wawaḍaʿa the balance l-mīzāna
Ha elevado el cielo, y establecido la balanza de la justicia
أَلَّا That not allā you may transgress taṭghaw in fī the balance l-mīzāni
para que no transgredáis el equilibrio [de la equidad].
وَأَقِيمُوا۟ And establish wa-aqīmū the weight l-wazna in justice bil-qis'ṭi and (do) not walā make deficient tukh'sirū the balance l-mīzāna
Peséis con equidad y no cometáis fraude en la balanza.
وَٱلْأَرْضَ And the earth wal-arḍa He laid it waḍaʿahā for the creatures lil'anāmi
Ha preparado la Tierra para Sus criaturas.
فِيهَا Therein fīhā (is) fruit fākihatun and date-palms wal-nakhlu having dhātu sheaths l-akmāmi
En ella hay árboles frutales, palmeras con racimos [de dátiles],
وَٱلْحَبُّ And the grain wal-ḥabu having dhū husk l-ʿaṣfi and scented plants wal-rayḥānu
semillas y plantas aromáticas.
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi (of the) favors ālāi (of) your Lord rabbikumā will you both deny tukadhibāni
¿Acaso podéis negar alguna de las gracias que os ha concedido vuestro Señor?
خَلَقَ He created khalaqa the man l-insāna from min clay ṣalṣālin like the pottery kal-fakhāri
Ha creado al ser humano de arcilla como la cerámica,
وَخَلَقَ And He created wakhalaqa the jinn l-jāna from min a smokeless flame mārijin of min fire nārin
y ha creado a los yinn de fuego puro.
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi (of the) favors ālāi (of) your Lord rabbikumā will you both deny tukadhibāni
¿Acaso podéis negar alguna de las gracias que os ha concedido vuestro Señor?
