يُرِيدُونَ They will wish yurīdūna that an they come out yakhrujū of mina the Fire l-nāri but not wamā they hum will come out bikhārijīna of it min'hā And for them walahum (is) a punishment ʿadhābun lasting muqīmun
Querrán salir del Fuego pero nunca lo conseguirán, y tendrán un castigo perpetuo.
وَٱلسَّارِقُ And (for) the male thief wal-sāriqu and the female thief wal-sāriqatu [then] cut off fa-iq'ṭaʿū their hands aydiyahumā (as) a recompense jazāan for what bimā they earned kasabā (as) an exemplary (punishment) nakālan from mina Allah l-lahi And Allah wal-lahu (is) All-Mighty ʿazīzun All-Wise ḥakīmun
Al ladrón y a la ladrona [después de un juicio justo] cortadles la mano en compensación por su delito. Ésta es una sentencia disuasoria dictada por Dios. Dios es Poderoso, Sabio.
فَمَن But whoever faman repented tāba from min after baʿdi his wrongdoing ẓul'mihi and reforms wa-aṣlaḥa then indeed fa-inna Allah l-laha will turn in forgiveness yatūbu to him ʿalayhi Indeed inna Allah l-laha (is) Oft-Forgiving ghafūrun Most Merciful raḥīmun
Pero a quien se arrepienta después de cometer un delito o injusticia y enmiende, Dios le perdonará, porque Dios es Perdonador, Misericordioso.
أَلَمْ Do not alam you know taʿlam that anna Allah l-laha to Him (belongs) lahu (the) dominion mul'ku (of) the heavens l-samāwāti and the earth wal-arḍi He punishes yuʿadhibu whom man He wills yashāu and He forgives wayaghfiru [to] whom liman He wills yashāu And Allah wal-lahu (is) on ʿalā every kulli thing shayin All-Powerful qadīrun
¿Acaso no sabes que a Dios pertenece el reino de los cielos y de la Tierra? Castiga a quien quiere y perdona a quien quiere. Dios es sobre toda cosa Poderoso.
۞ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا O yāayyuhā Messenger l-rasūlu Let not lā grieve you yaḥzunka those who alladhīna hasten yusāriʿūna in (to) fī [the] disbelief l-kuf'ri of mina those who alladhīna said qālū We believe āmannā with their mouths bi-afwāhihim and not walam believe tu'min their hearts qulūbuhum and from wamina those who alladhīna (are) Jews hādū They (are) listeners sammāʿūna to falsehood lil'kadhibi (and) listeners sammāʿūna for people liqawmin other ākharīna (who have) not lam come to you yatūka They distort yuḥarrifūna the words l-kalima from min after baʿdi their context mawāḍiʿihi saying yaqūlūna If in you are given ūtītum this hādhā [so] take it fakhudhūhu but if wa-in not lam you are given it tu'tawhu then beware fa-iḥ'dharū And (for) whom waman intends yuridi Allah l-lahu his trial fit'natahu then never falan will you have power tamlika for him lahu against mina Allah l-lahi anything shayan Those ulāika (are) the ones alladhīna never lam will intend yuridi Allah l-lahu that an He purifies yuṭahhira their hearts qulūbahum For them lahum in fī the world l-dun'yā (is) disgrace khiz'yun and for them walahum in fī the Hereafter l-ākhirati (is) a punishment ʿadhābun great ʿaẓīmun
¡Oh, Mensajero! No te entristezcas por quienes se precipitan a negar la verdad, como quienes dicen: “Creemos”, pero sus corazones no creen. Entre los judíos hay quienes prestan oídos a cualquier falsedad que se diga, escuchan ávidamente sin venir a pedirte aclaración. Tergiversan el sentido de las palabras [reveladas] sacándolas de su contexto, y dicen: “Si se os dice así [acorde a vuestra tergiversación] aceptadlo; en caso contrario, rechazadlo”. A quien Dios pone a prueba con una tentación, no podrás hacer nada para salvarlo. Dios no ha querido purificar sus corazones. Ellos serán denigrados en esta vida, y en la otra tendrán un castigo terrible.
