يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا O yāayyuhā (you) who alladhīna believe āmanū Protect qū yourselves anfusakum and your families wa-ahlīkum (from) a Fire nāran whose fuel waqūduhā (is) people l-nāsu and stones wal-ḥijāratu over it ʿalayhā (are) Angels malāikatun stern ghilāẓun severe shidādun not lā they disobey yaʿṣūna Allah l-laha (in) what mā He Commands them amarahum but they do wayafʿalūna what mā they are commanded yu'marūna
¡Oh, creyentes! Protegeos a vosotros mismos y a vuestras familias del Fuego [del Infierno], cuyo combustible serán los seres humanos y las piedras, y en el que habrá ángeles rigurosos y severos que no desobedecen a Dios en lo que Él les ordena, sino que ejecutan Sus órdenes.
