۞ وَٱتْلُ And recite wa-ut'lu to them ʿalayhim the story naba-a (of) two sons ib'nay (of) Adam ādama in truth bil-ḥaqi when idh both offered qarrabā a sacrifice qur'bānan and it was accepted fatuqubbila from min one of them aḥadihimā and not walam was accepted yutaqabbal from mina the other l-ākhari Said (the latter) qāla Surely I will kill you la-aqtulannaka Said (the former) qāla Only innamā accepts yataqabbalu (does) Allah l-lahu from mina the God fearing l-mutaqīna
[Oh, Muhámmad:] Cuéntales la auténtica historia de los hijos de Adán, cuando presentaron una ofrenda y le fue aceptada a uno y rechazada al otro. Dijo [Caín]: “Te mataré”. Dijo [Abel]: “Dios solo acepta las obras de los que obran con fe sincera.
