يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا O you who believe yāayyuhā O you who believe alladhīna O you who believe āmanū Indeed innamā the polytheists l-mush'rikūna (are) unclean najasun so let them not come near falā so let them not come near yaqrabū Al-Masjid Al-Haraam l-masjida Al-Masjid Al-Haraam l-ḥarāma after baʿda this, their (final) year ʿāmihim this, their (final) year hādhā And if wa-in you fear khif'tum poverty ʿaylatan then soon fasawfa Allah will enrich you yugh'nīkumu Allah will enrich you l-lahu from min His Bounty faḍlihi if in He wills shāa Indeed inna Allah l-laha (is) All-Knower ʿalīmun All-Wise ḥakīmun
¡Oh, creyentes! Los idólatras son impuros, que no se acerquen a la Mezquita Sagrada después de este año. No temáis padecer por ello pobreza o necesidad alguna, que si Dios quiere os proveerá con Su gracia. Dios todo lo sabe, es Sabio.
قَـٰتِلُوا۟ Fight qātilū those who alladhīna (do) not lā believe yu'minūna in Allah bil-lahi and not walā in the Day bil-yawmi the Last l-ākhiri and not walā they make unlawful yuḥarrimūna what mā Allah has made unlawful ḥarrama Allah has made unlawful l-lahu and His Messenger warasūluhu and not walā they acknowledge yadīnūna (the) religion dīna (of) the truth l-ḥaqi from mina those who alladhīna were given ūtū the Scripture l-kitāba until ḥattā they pay yuʿ'ṭū the jizyah l-jiz'yata willingly ʿan willingly yadin while they wahum (are) subdued ṣāghirūna
Luchad contra quienes no creen en Dios ni en el Día del Juicio, no respetan lo que Dios y Su Mensajero han vedado y no siguen la verdadera religión [el Islam] de entre aquellos de la Gente del Libro [que os hayan agredido], a menos que acepten pagar un impuesto con humildad.
