يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا O yāayyuhā (you) who alladhīna believe āmanū When idhā (the) call is made nūdiya for (the) prayer lilṣṣalati on min (the) day yawmi (of) Friday l-jumuʿati then hasten fa-is'ʿaw to ilā (the) remembrance dhik'ri (of) Allah l-lahi and leave wadharū the business l-bayʿa That dhālikum (is) better khayrun for you lakum if in you kuntum know taʿlamūna
¡Creyentes! Cuando sea realizada la llamada a la oración del día viernes, acudid al recuerdo de Dios y abandonad el comercio, es lo mejor para vosotros. ¡Si supierais!
فَإِذَا Then when fa-idhā is concluded quḍiyati the prayer l-ṣalatu then disperse fa-intashirū in fī the land l-arḍi and seek wa-ib'taghū from min (the) Bounty faḍli (of) Allah l-lahi and remember wa-udh'kurū Allah l-laha much kathīran so that you may laʿallakum succeed tuf'liḥūna
Cuando haya terminado la oración dispersaos por la tierra procurando el sustento de Dios, y recordad mucho a Dios, que así alcanzareis el éxito.
