يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا O yāayyuhā you (who) alladhīna believe āmanū Fear ittaqū Allah l-laha and let look waltanẓur every soul nafsun what mā it has sent forth qaddamat for tomorrow lighadin and fear wa-ittaqū Allah l-laha Indeed inna Allah l-laha (is) All-Aware khabīrun of what bimā you do taʿmalūna
¡Oh, creyentes! Tened temor de Dios, y que cada alma considere cuánto ha obrado para el mañana. Tened temor de Dios, porque Dios está bien informado de cuanto hacéis.
وَلَا And (do) not walā be takūnū like those who ka-alladhīna forgot nasū Allah l-laha so He made them forget fa-ansāhum themselves anfusahum Those ulāika [they] humu (are) the defiantly disobedient l-fāsiqūna
No seáis como quienes se olvidaron de Dios, y Dios hizo que se olvidaran de sí mismos. Esos son los perversos.
لَا Not lā equal yastawī (are the) companions aṣḥābu (of) the Fire l-nāri and (the) companions wa-aṣḥābu (of) Paradise l-janati (The) companions aṣḥābu (of) Paradise l-janati they humu (are) the achievers l-fāizūna
No se equiparan los compañeros del Infierno con los compañeros del Paraíso. Los compañeros del Paraíso son los que triunfan.
