وَإِذَا And when wa-idhā they listen samiʿū (to) what mā has been revealed unzila to ilā the Messenger l-rasūli you see tarā their eyes aʿyunahum overflowing tafīḍu with mina the tears l-damʿi for what mimmā they recognized ʿarafū of mina the truth l-ḥaqi They say yaqūlūna Our Lord rabbanā we have believed āmannā so write us fa-uk'tub'nā with maʿa the witnesses l-shāhidīna
Cuando escuchan lo que le ha sido revelado al Mensajero, ves que sus ojos se inundan de lágrimas porque reconocen la verdad, y entonces dicen: “¡Señor nuestro! Creemos, cuéntanos entre quienes dan testimonio [de la verdad del Islam].
