يَـٰٓأَهْلَ O People yāahla (of) the Book l-kitābi Surely qad has come to you jāakum Our Messenger rasūlunā making clear yubayyinu to you lakum much kathīran of what mimmā you used to kuntum conceal tukh'fūna of mina the Scripture l-kitābi and overlooking wayaʿfū of ʿan much kathīrin Surely qad has come to you jāakum from mina Allah l-lahi a light nūrun and a Book wakitābun clear mubīnun
¡Oh, Gente del Libro! Os ha llegado un Mensajero enviado por Mí, cuya misión es traeros a la luz los preceptos más importantes que ocultabais de la Biblia, y facilitar muchos otros preceptos. Dios os ha enviado una luz y un Libro claro [el Corán],
يَهْدِى Guides yahdī with it bihi Allah l-lahu (those) who mani seek ittabaʿa His pleasure riḍ'wānahu (to the) ways subula (of) the peace l-salāmi and brings them out wayukh'rijuhum from mina the darknessess l-ẓulumāti to ilā the light l-nūri by His permission bi-idh'nihi and guides them wayahdīhim to ilā (the) way ṣirāṭin (the) straight mus'taqīmin
con el cual Dios guía a quienes buscan Su complacencia hacia los caminos de la salvación, los extrae por Su voluntad de las tinieblas hacia la luz, y los dirige por el camino recto.
