وَلَقَدْ And indeed walaqad We have set forth ḍarabnā for people lilnnāsi in fī this hādhā Quran l-qur'āni of min every kulli example mathalin so that they may laʿallahum take heed yatadhakkarūna
He expuesto en el Corán toda clase de ejemplos para que reflexionéis.
قُرْءَانًا A Quran qur'ānan (in) Arabic ʿarabiyyan without ghayra any dhī crookedness ʿiwajin so that they may laʿallahum (become) righteous yattaqūna
Este Corán ha sido revelado en idioma árabe y está libre de contradicciones, para que tengáis temor de Dios.
ضَرَبَ Allah sets forth ḍaraba Allah sets forth l-lahu an example mathalan a man rajulan about him fīhi partners shurakāu quarreling mutashākisūna and a man warajulan (belonging) exclusively salaman to one man lirajulin are hal they both equal yastawiyāni (in) comparison mathalan All praise l-ḥamdu (be) to Allah lillahi Nay bal most of them aktharuhum (do) not lā know yaʿlamūna
Dios da un ejemplo sobre [la idolatría:] ¿Acaso son iguales un hombre que tiene muchos amos asociados que discrepan entre sí, y un hombre al servicio de un solo amo? ¡Alabado sea Dios! [No se equiparan] Pero la mayoría de los seres humanos lo ignoran.
إِنَّكَ Indeed, you innaka will die mayyitun and indeed, they wa-innahum (will also) die mayyitūna
Tú [¡Oh, Muhámmad!] has de morir y ellos también han de morir [pues ningún ser creado es inmortal].
ثُمَّ Then thumma indeed you innakum (on the) Day yawma (of) the Resurrection l-qiyāmati before ʿinda your Lord rabbikum will dispute takhtaṣimūna
Luego, el Día de la Resurrección ante vuestro Señor disputaréis.
