يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا O Prophet yāayyuhā O Prophet l-nabiyu Say qul to your wives li-azwājika and your daughters wabanātika and (the) women wanisāi (of) the believers l-mu'minīna to draw yud'nīna over themselves ʿalayhinna [of] min their outer garments jalābībihinna That dhālika (is) more suitable adnā that an they should be known yuʿ'rafna and not falā harmed yu'dhayna And is wakāna Allah l-lahu Oft-Forgiving ghafūran Most Merciful raḥīman
¡Oh, Profeta! Diles a tus mujeres, a tus hijas y a las mujeres de los creyentes, que se cubran con sus mantos; es mejor para que se las reconozca y no sean molestadas. Dios es Perdonador, Misericordioso.
