أَلَمْ Do not alam you see taraw that anna Allah l-laha has subjected sakhara to you lakum whatever mā (is) in fī the heavens l-samāwāti and whatever wamā (is) in fī the earth l-arḍi and amply bestowed wa-asbagha upon you ʿalaykum His Bounties niʿamahu apparent ẓāhiratan and hidden wabāṭinatan But of wamina the people l-nāsi (is he) who man disputes yujādilu about fī Allah l-lahi without bighayri knowledge ʿil'min and not walā guidance hudan and not walā a book kitābin enlightening munīrin
¿Acaso no veis que Dios puso a vuestro servicio cuanto hay en los cielos y en la Tierra, y os colmó de Sus bendiciones, algunas de las cuales veis y otras no? A pesar de esto, entre la gente hay quienes discuten acerca de Dios sin conocimiento, guía ni libro revelado.

[A estos] cuando se les dice: “Seguid lo que Dios ha revelado”, responden: “Nosotros seguimos la tradición de nuestros padres”. ¿[La seguirían] Incluso si el demonio les arrastrara al castigo del Infierno?
