۞ كُلُّ All kullu [the] food l-ṭaʿāmi was kāna lawful ḥillan for (the) Children libanī (of) Israel is'rāīla except illā what mā made unlawful ḥarrama Israel is'rāīlu upon ʿalā himself nafsihi from min before qabli [that] an (was) revealed tunazzala the Taurat l-tawrātu Say qul So bring fatū the Taurat bil-tawrāti and recite it fa-it'lūhā if in you are kuntum truthful ṣādiqīna
Antes de que fuera revelada la Torá, todos los alimentos eran lícitos para el pueblo de Israel, salvo lo que Israel se había vedado a sí mismo. Diles: “Traed la Torá y leedla, si es verdad lo que decís”.
