هَـٰٓأَنتُمْ Lo! You are hāantum those ulāi you love them tuḥibbūnahum but not walā they love you yuḥibbūnakum and you believe watu'minūna in the Book bil-kitābi all of it kullihi And when wa-idhā they meet you laqūkum they say qālū We believe āmannā And when wa-idhā they are alone khalaw they bite ʿaḍḍū at you ʿalaykumu the finger tips l-anāmila (out) of mina [the] rage l-ghayẓi Say qul Die mūtū in your rage bighayẓikum Indeed inna Allah l-laha (is) All-Knowing ʿalīmun of what bidhāti (is in) the breasts l-ṣudūri
Vosotros les amáis a ellos, porque creéis en todas las revelaciones, pero ellos no os aman a vosotros. Cuando se encuentran con vosotros dicen: “¡Somos creyentes!” Pero cuando están a solas se muerden los dedos por la rabia que sienten contra vosotros. Di: “Moríos de rabia”. Dios sabe bien lo que encierran los corazones.
