وَقَالَ And he said waqāla Only innamā you have taken ittakhadhtum besides min besides dūni Allah l-lahi idols awthānan (out of) love mawaddata among you baynikum in fī the life l-ḥayati (of) the world l-dun'yā Then thumma (on the) Day yawma (of) the Resurrection l-qiyāmati you will deny yakfuru one another baʿḍukum one another bibaʿḍin and curse wayalʿanu one another baʿḍukum one another baʿḍan and your abode wamawākumu (will be) the Fire l-nāru and not wamā for you lakum any min helpers nāṣirīna
Les dijo [Abraham]: “Adoráis ídolos en vez de adorar a Dios por mantener el lazo de afecto entre vosotros y vuestros antepasados en esta vida. Pero el Día de la Resurrección renegaréis unos de otros y os maldeciréis mutuamente. Vuestra morada será el Fuego y no tendréis quién os auxilie”.
