وَلَقَدْ And verily walaqad We sent arsalnā Nuh nūḥan to ilā his people qawmihi and he remained falabitha among them fīhim a thousand alfa year(s) sanatin save illā fifty khamsīna year(s) ʿāman then seized them fa-akhadhahumu the flood l-ṭūfānu while they wahum (were) wrongdoers ẓālimūna
Envié a Noé a su pueblo y permaneció entre ellos mil años menos cincuenta. Les sorprendió el diluvio mientras cometían injusticias.
فَأَنجَيْنَـٰهُ But We saved him fa-anjaynāhu and (the) people wa-aṣḥāba (of) the ship l-safīnati and We made it wajaʿalnāhā a Sign āyatan for the worlds lil'ʿālamīna
