۞ قَالَ He said qāla We will see sananẓuru whether you speak (the) truth aṣadaqta or am you are kunta of mina the liars l-kādhibīna
Dijo [Salomón a la abubilla]: “Veremos si has dicho la verdad o eres de los que mienten.
ٱذْهَب Go idh'hab with my letter bikitābī this hādhā and deliver it fa-alqih to them ilayhim Then thumma turn away tawalla from them ʿanhum and see fa-unẓur what mādhā they return yarjiʿūna
Ve con esta carta mía y entrégasela, luego mantente apartado y observa cómo reaccionan [ella y su pueblo]”.
قَالَتْ She said qālat O yāayyuhā chiefs l-mala-u Indeed [I] innī is delivered ul'qiya to me ilayya a letter kitābun noble karīmun
Ella [la reina de Saba] dijo: “¡Oh, nobles! Me han entregado una carta noble.
إِنَّهُۥ Indeed, it innahu (is) from min Sulaiman sulaymāna and indeed it (is) wa-innahu In the name bis'mi (of) Allah l-lahi the Most Gracious l-raḥmāni the Most Merciful l-raḥīmi
Es de Salomón, y dice: ‘En el nombre de Dios, el Compasivo con toda la creación, el Misericordioso con los creyentes.
أَلَّا That not allā exalt yourselves taʿlū against me ʿalayya but come to me watūnī (in) submission mus'limīna
No os mostréis altivos conmigo [y mi mensaje] y venid a mí sumisos [monoteístas]’”.
