وَٱلَّذِينَ And those who wa-alladhīna accuse yarmūna the chaste women l-muḥ'ṣanāti then thumma not lam they bring yatū four bi-arbaʿati witnesses shuhadāa then flog them fa-ij'lidūhum (with) eighty thamānīna lashe(s) jaldatan and (do) not walā accept taqbalū their lahum testimony shahādatan ever abadan And those wa-ulāika they humu (are) the defiantly disobedient l-fāsiqūna
A quienes difamen a mujeres decentes [acusándolas de fornicadoras o adúlteras] y no presenten cuatro testigos, aplicadles ochenta azotes y no aceptéis nunca más su testimonio. Ellos son los perversos.
إِلَّا Except illā those who alladhīna repent tābū after min after baʿdi that dhālika and reform wa-aṣlaḥū Then indeed fa-inna Allah l-laha (is) Oft-Forgiving ghafūrun Most Merciful raḥīmun
Pero a aquellos que [después de haberlas difamado] se arrepientan y enmienden [les será aceptado su testimonio]. Dios es Absolvedor, Misericordioso.
