وَلَا And not walā let swear yatali those of virtue ulū those of virtue l-faḍli among you minkum and the amplitude of means wal-saʿati that an they give yu'tū (to) the near of kin ulī (to) the near of kin l-qur'bā and the needy wal-masākīna and the emigrants wal-muhājirīna in fī (the) way sabīli (of) Allah l-lahi And let them pardon walyaʿfū and let them overlook walyaṣfaḥū (Do) not alā you like tuḥibbūna that an Allah should forgive yaghfira Allah should forgive l-lahu you lakum And Allah wal-lahu (is) Oft-Forgiving ghafūrun Most Merciful raḥīmun
Que los que hacen obras de bien y los que tienen riqueza no juren dejar de ayudar [a los pobres debido a su participación en la calumnia a Aishah] a sus parientes, a los pobres y a quienes dejaron sus hogares por la causa de Dios, y [es mejor] que les perdonen y les disculpen. ¿Acaso no aman ser perdonados por Dios? Dios es Indulgente, Misericordioso.
