۞ وَأَيُّوبَ And Ayub wa-ayyūba when idh he called nādā (to) his Lord rabbahu Indeed, [I] annī has touched me massaniya the adversity l-ḍuru and You wa-anta (are) Most Merciful arḥamu (of) the Merciful l-rāḥimīna
[El Profeta] Job invocó a su Señor: “[¡Oh, Dios! Tú bien sabes que] he sido probado con enfermedades, pero Tú eres el más Misericordioso”.
فَٱسْتَجَبْنَا So We responded fa-is'tajabnā to him lahu and We removed fakashafnā what mā (was) on him bihi of min (the) adversity ḍurrin And We gave him waātaynāhu his family ahlahu and (the) like thereof wamith'lahum with them maʿahum (as) Mercy raḥmatan from Ourselves min from Ourselves ʿindinā and a reminder wadhik'rā for the worshippers lil'ʿābidīna
Respondí su invocación y lo curé de sus enfermedades, y le di nueva descendencia, multiplicándola como misericordia de Mi parte y como recuerdo para los adoradores devotos.
وَإِسْمَـٰعِيلَ And Ishmael wa-is'māʿīla and Idris wa-id'rīsa and Dhul-Kifl wadhā and Dhul-Kifl l-kif'li all kullun (were) of mina the patient ones l-ṣābirīna
[Los profetas] Ismael, Enoc y Dhul-Kifl, todos ellos fueron muy pacientes.
وَأَدْخَلْنَـٰهُمْ And We admitted them wa-adkhalnāhum in fī Our Mercy raḥmatinā Indeed, they innahum (were) of mina the righteous l-ṣāliḥīna
Les introduje en Mi misericordia porque obraban con justicia.
