وَلَقَدْ And indeed walaqad you knew ʿalim'tumu those who alladhīna transgressed iʿ'tadaw among you minkum in fī the (matter of) Sabbath l-sabti So We said faqul'nā to them lahum Be kūnū apes qiradatan despised khāsiīna
Ellos saben lo que les ocurrió a quienes transgredieron el sábado; [les dije]: “Sed monos despreciables”.
فَجَعَلْنَـٰهَا So We made it fajaʿalnāhā a deterrent punishment nakālan for those limā (in) front bayna (of) them yadayhā and those wamā after them khalfahā and an admonition wamawʿiẓatan for those who fear (Allah) lil'muttaqīna
Hice de ello un escarmiento para sus contemporáneos y descendientes, y motivo de reflexión para los que temen devocionalmente a Dios.
