وَلَا And (do) not walā make tajʿalū Allah's (name) l-laha an excuse ʿur'ḍatan in your oaths li-aymānikum that an you do good tabarrū and be righteous watattaqū and make peace watuṣ'liḥū between bayna [the] people l-nāsi And Allah wal-lahu (is) All-Hearing samīʿun All-Knowing ʿalīmun
No hagáis de un juramento por Dios, prestado con anterioridad, un pretexto para no hacer el bien, no cumplir con la fe ni dejar de ayudar a la gente a reconciliarse. Dios todo lo oye, todo lo sabe.
لَّا Not lā will take you to task yuākhidhukumu Allah l-lahu for (what is) unintentional bil-laghwi in fī your oaths aymānikum [and] but walākin He takes you to task yuākhidhukum for what bimā (have) earned kasabat your hearts qulūbukum And Allah wal-lahu (is) Oft-Forgiving ghafūrun Most Forbearing ḥalīmun
Dios no tomará en cuenta los juramentos que hacéis sin pensar, pero sí tomará en cuenta aquellos que hagáis de corazón, Dios es Absolvedor, Indulgente.
