وَمِنَ And among wamina the mankind l-nāsi who man takes yattakhidhu from min besides dūni Allah l-lahi equals andādan They love them yuḥibbūnahum as (they should) love kaḥubbi Allah l-lahi And those who wa-alladhīna believe[d] āmanū (are) stronger ashaddu (in) love ḥubban for Allah lillahi And if walaw would see yarā those who alladhīna wronged ẓalamū when idh they will see yarawna the punishment l-ʿadhāba that anna the power l-quwata (belongs) to Allah lillahi all jamīʿan and [that] wa-anna Allah l-laha (is) severe shadīdu (in) [the] punishment l-ʿadhābi
Existen personas que toman en lugar de Dios a otros que consideran iguales [a Dios], y los aman como solo debe amarse a Dios; pero los creyentes aman más a Dios [de lo que éstos aman a sus divinidades]. Ya sabrán los injustos cuando vean el suplicio que les espera, que a Dios pertenece el poder absoluto y que Dios es severo en el castigo.
إِذْ When idh will disown tabarra-a those who alladhīna were followed ittubiʿū [from] mina those who alladhīna followed ittabaʿū and they will see wara-awū the punishment l-ʿadhāba [and] will be cut off wataqaṭṭaʿat for them bihimu the relations l-asbābu
[Ellos deben considerar que el Día del Juicio] se desentenderán los líderes de sus seguidores, y todos verán el castigo y desaparecerá toda alianza entre ellos.
وَقَالَ And said waqāla those who alladhīna followed ittabaʿū (Only) if law [that] anna for us lanā a return karratan then we will disown fanatabarra-a [from] them min'hum as kamā they disown tabarraū [from] us minnā Thus kadhālika will show them yurīhimu Allah l-lahu their deeds aʿmālahum (as) regrets ḥasarātin for them ʿalayhim And not wamā they hum will come out bikhārijīna from mina the Fire l-nāri
Entonces los seguidores dirán: “Si tuviéramos otra oportunidad [de regresar a la vida mundanal] nos desentenderíamos de ellos, como ellos se han desentendido de nosotros”. Así les hará ver Dios sus obras para que sientan remordimiento. Pero nunca saldrán del Fuego.
